Welcome to PRE Tigion. 
I think all sites have their share of whingers and although they are a minority in numbers they tend to make a lot of noise.
The good thing is the more successful Richmond become the less people will have to whinge about and some will probably disappear altogether. *fingers crossed smiley* :hihi
