Injury 2024

If Bolton has concussion then he is out for next week so with Young with a suspected ACL, it is another two on our expanding injury list that we know about. We are having an injury nightmare

If Bolton is in day 1 of his 12 day concussion protocol. The 12th day will be our Thursday night game with Adelaide. I hope our 5 day break doesn't mean he misses 2 matches.

We now have four out with ACL injuries, two with long term back problems and a few of others who seem to only manage a couple of games before another leg injury hits them again. The injury gods are having a laugh at our expense

Now I know why Hopper didn't do much in his last training session although someone on PRE had mentioned that he has gone on the cusp of playing back out to 3-4 weeks :(

Let's get Bauer in the 1sts. Desperately need a FF alongside Kelts.

Bauer was slated as a test and almost certainty to play last week but @HKTigerB and myself noticed he seemed a bit uncertain in his body and looked a bit downcast at times despite completing training with the main group. Sure enough he didn't play at either level.
From hamstring to quad and still we await with baited breath :(

Starting to think his body is not cut out for AFL.

Its a pity as it would be good to see what he could do in the seniors if he got a 3-4 game stretch.

Ross has been 6-8 weeks since he did the injury - it was stress fractures in his foot yeah? Very tricky to get right.
I reckon draw a line through Ross and maybe MRJ this season, maybe Maurice can get back if it's one the lower side of 6-8 weeks. Sad for Ross as he was consistently good this year.

Good news on Taranto at least.

I reckon that is a bit premature. He has had a couple of issues but before he was picked last year for his 2 minute cameo he had played a long stretch in the vfl. Played a 3 game stretch late last season

I hope your right

Our injury curse has extended itself to our train on players. Mitch Schofield fractured his foot a few weeks ago and is out for the season. Was looking quite good this season in the wafl.

Time to send him to Qatar.
