This stuff uses a cold filtration/sterilisation - Velcoren, so its not cooked

Velcorin is dimethyl dicarbonate. According to the material safety data sheets it is "mildly toxic if swallowed", "over exposure results in death"

I'm not sure if I'd prefer they just cook the juice!

Sorbates are fantastic, but I still prefer Gelati

By the way mike - there's no Veclorin used in o2t according to the manufacturer. I think that's in wine and fruit juice...?
