Kakadu Juice

This stuff uses a cold filtration/sterilisation - Velcoren, so its not cooked

Velcorin is dimethyl dicarbonate. According to the material safety data sheets it is "mildly toxic if swallowed", "over exposure results in death"

I'm not sure if I'd prefer they just cook the juice!

Getting a bit technical there GR. But on the subject, I guess the products you're peddling use some nice friendly preservatives, like sorbates?

Sorbates are fantastic, but I still prefer Gelati

By the way mike - there's no Veclorin used in o2t according to the manufacturer. I think that's in wine and fruit juice...?

This has become a longer than expected thread... well done KJ :star
