To name a few!!! These guys are all quality, and should be a good enough core to carry the rest of them. IF our coach knew how to use the rest of the players and had a game plan than we wouldnt have problems.
He even admitted that we had again become richo conscious!!! The man is admitting he cant coach. If a coach says to you dont kick it richo if he aint in a good possie, than you wouldnt. Obviously the DUD tried to coach and came up with the masterplan again kick it to richo. All this garbage that players shouldnt be kicking it to him and blah blah. If he drilled it into them at training and had a setup at training were they had richo and others leading out of the square to pinpoint the problem of continually looking for richo than they may learn not to do. Thats what happens when your team doesnt have a gameplan. Players just do what they think is right. When you have a gameplan as a player and you know when you receive the ball 85-90% of the time you know where its go to go than you will have a successfull team. The coaches job is to instill such a plan, and than once opposition teams figure it out and it no longer has an effect, you revert to something else.
Frawley cant do either. Doesnt have a game plan and has absolutely no IDEA about what to do when things arent working out.
