No, Mince Whateley says it’s all ok. Didn’t drive his head into the ground and the ground is to blame for the damage.

How the *** does that make any sense other than to confirm the disingenuous, bitter hatred he has for us ? Guy is a complete dishonest phoney.

If he injured someone in a hit and run, would he claim that he didn't do the damage as the car was what did the damage?

The case looks too amateurish to go through, surely. They haven't made a single good point.
