Since 2015 we’ve recruited 28 guys (all drafts total) and still have 26.
just let go two rookies - Weller & stengle.

good retention.

we are obviously getting the right types.

It’s interesting that we’ve retained everyone from 2015 onwards.

Too early to tell, especially for 2017 on, if retention is your only measure of success. If you leave aside infield success, the any player who lasts longer than the median duration for a draftee could considered a "success".

2015 might end up 66% as Rioli and Broad are established as premiership players, Markov on his last chance.

2016 Shai/Graham yes, Garth maybe so could be 66%.

We've absolutely smashed rookies, PSD and trades in the last few years though.

Agree with Redan though- you need to look at the full intake.
