Gday, When trying to change my profile i get a message saying an error has occoured -time out...or something like that...Advice?

Try going back and checking your profile. It may have changed despite that message.
If you hit 'back' if it occurrs again you may be able to 'copy' the information you heve entered. Then refresh the screen and 'paste' the info back in and then post.
If you can't change it after trying those things, just leave another message here.
