Very emotional day for me yesterday. Glen Mitchell said on ABC radio ,"he changed the face of cricket,"it would indeed be fitting if Steve was Australian of the Year.

He is up there with the legends of Aussie Sport.Bradman,Frazer,Elliot,Thorpe,Perkins,Fenech,Cuthbert.

He mated the two forms of the game so that test cricket will no longer be regarded as boring. Farewell Sir Steven,you are a mighty Aussie hero. An Anzac on the cricket field.
