Talking Politics

You have not made any such argument that is remotely convincing that Man made climate change is real - that is the fairytale that you want to believe.

Ignorance is spending a lifetime teaching evolutionary science and living to see the end results of it - total social and societal breakdown.

Spoken like a true evangelical Christian.

Can you tell me which wars were started due to evolution compared to those started due to religion?

Sometimes it is. See WWII.
Yeah fair enough, but let’s hope the extent of that violence is not necessary to disprove the point. 50 million troops died in WW2 plus 20-30 million civilians.

Was it the answer? Maybe it was the best of all terrible solutions.

Equally we should think we need a war to solve a problem like what was required to bring that to an end.

Looks like Trump and Netanyahu are planning to forcibly relocate Palestinians from Gaza.

I've said on here more than once that the Israel's ultimate goal is to eradicate (aka ethnic cleanse) Arabs from Gaza and build more illegal settlements.

I don't know why anyone would be surprised at what Trump said.

if Dutton wins the election this year, he'd strain a hamstring running to phone USA and pledge troops for Gaza, Greenland and Panama

It's more of a gut feeling than anything tangible (apart from the Roy Morgan poll, which does have a habit of fluctuating), but i feel that there has been a paradigm shift politically in Australia since the inauguration and Dutton’s attempt at being Temu Trump.

I just hope the violence doesn't start to ramp up here on the back of this news. There's always a reaction to an action. Concerning times.

I note with interest Allegra Spender called some egg throwing "antisemitism" the other day, which was proven to be wrong and she is yet to apologise for it (as far as I know).

We don't need a war, we just need a well-financed, covert, crack team of assassins. Maybe a league.

The fact that you are so willing to light heartedly joke about the potentially US and Israel forcibly invading Gaza, and eliminating the Palestinians from living there says a lot about you, it also says a lot about your religious views.
That was a truly disgusting post by TT2. Appalling.

This "Riviera of the Middle East" angle of Little Donny Orange has disgusting weight.

His son-in-law Jared Kushner purchased into Gaza as the conflict started!

in 1997, the treasurer Peter Costello sold all the RBA's 250 tonne gold bullion reserves,

stating 'gold is no longer financially significant'

he sold at about $500 an ounce.

about 5 years later, gold commenced the long upward trajectory to near $5000 it is today.

Pete tore up the winning ticket. 1000% return over 30 years

blew about $40b

Liberals really know finance

Why are Bowens Green plans are dropping like flies .And if you disagree with what Bolt is saying,,prove it wrong

Labor are gone,,and Greens are in free fall ,and rightly so,,,watch the teals change their preferences to the coalition in some electorates .

blew about 40 billion? Yea right. They got 2.4b for the sale and reinvested that. From where did you get that 40 b amount from? And as far as Costello goes his future fund has amassed anything Chalmers has done.He only wants to get his hands on it.Oh and Andrews in Vic.Bloody good finance job here.Whitlam and Khemlani.Brilliant.

It is a sad day when the leaders of the USA and Israel can promote ethnic cleansing without any repercussions.

So much for any claims they make to support freedom, their version of freedom is only for them and their ilk: those descended from Europeans.
