Can some give me a rundown on how the bye works in the Supercoach/Dreamteam competitions?

I'm assuming it would be best if we try and spread out the players we pick from each club,
By not having too many from one club.....right?

Or is there byes in the comps?

keep an eye on round 4 to 6 if you are trying to win the whole thing.
You don't want to have 7 or 8 premiums unavailable.
Those rounds are a bye in league competitions.
