It's OK. New ideas to regenerate our list development. Anyone new will bring new contacts and relationships as well, so potentially open up new avenues for us.
Change itself isn't bad.

Good on him for getting the Recruiting Managers job. Just hope he doesn’t poach some of our other scouts to join him though, especially the one in WA
