They also should be escorted out under armed gaurd with the other guests throwing stones and bottles at them on the way out......I think it should be like a mob mentality

They should have an end of year trip in the military school. They may learn to work together and become disciplined.

Not as silly as it sounds, maybe it would add toughness into the unit, and make them become one. I think it sounds liek a bloody good idea.

I also think that by holding on to the delistings is a good idea aswell, you have already given the Woewoden as an example, i mean we have already had a frustrating season, and dont need any fighting or backstabbing at the Jack Dyer medal presentation. After all it would sour the night for Cogs!!!!!

Richmond will not be rushed into making public its player de-listings before the trade period starts on October 13.

"There are a few things that come up over the next month which make it inappropriate to put your cards on the table too early," said the Tigers' Director of Football, Greg Miller.

"The players are off on their trip away at the end of this week, and then we have our Best and Fairest night coming up in a few weeks.

"I've seen Best and Fairest nights decimated by unhappy issues around the place, and that's not good.

"And, also, you never know what interest there might be in those players you're thinking of de-listing.

"If you've dealt your hand too soon, you might not be able to pick up a draft choice or player in a trade that could be of assistance to you.

"It's far better to take a wait-and-see approach . . ."
What a load of CRAP,if you want to be in the big time start thinking like it.
(1)Most of the duds have just turned up all year done nothing and got payed good money each week,(if they done this in a real job they would not last long)They would be given Center Links phone number.
(2)Most of the duds that filled the gaps for most of the year at Coburg, should have been called into the office, half way though the year and told lift or get out.(in a real job this would be done)
(3)Even if half only had a peapod in the space that keeped thier ears apart ,they would know by the media in the last half of this p!??weak year what is going on.
(4) you only get a bonus if you perform,so only about 12 players have earned a party and trip away, the rest including seat warmers(staff) should be out raising money to pay back the club, what they stole off us during the year.
(5) Who apart from the bush teams are going to take most of these headless and hartless chooks anyway. If you tell them now it would give them time to find a place to sleep, during next Winter in the bush. All leaugeTeams know now that our trade duds are only top up hacks for their lower comp side anyway.

(6) All of us have been waiting to see approach for the last 20 years, so start running the club like a business or we will be holding hands with the blues and bulldogs at the bottom of the rubbish bin for the next 20 years,if we last that long.

We have held their hand for two to three years now, and most of them have not woken up ,so P!?? them Off nnnnnnnnnOOOOOOOOwwwwwwwwww
TELL THEM TO GET. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
