I rang RFC this morning and asked whether we have to apply for proxy voting forms or whether they are just send out. Naomi said there's no need to apply and they'll be sent in the mail.

I hope they allow plenty of time because we usually get our mail quite a bit later than others.

Don't know if I'll vote or not, but I want to have the option.

Yes. I have just received ballot papers in todays mail.

I found it interesting that Tony Jewell didn't bother to complete an A4 sheet promoting himself and why he should be re-elected to the Board.
