He is a ripper. Love his hardness, clean hands, and smarts. What a pick up he has been. Is a credit to himself, but it also highlights how good our recruiting and player development has become.

Bakes is my latest man crush. He just does everything right. I'm a short bugger and Bakes is even shorter than me but still holds his own against bigger blokes in physicality. He's clean with the ball and makes good decisions. Another rookie masterstroke

I'm starting to wonder if players that win premiership medals at a young age, that they grow a bit more quickly due to the confidence the medal brings. Baker was solid last year, but has gone another level this year. Bolton has been huge.
