With the Punt rd Grim Reaper
Visting Geelong this year.
Lets have a weekly check what pick it is, currently its pick 9.
Remembering that Adelaide finished 12th in 2018 and the Giants finished 10th last year.
Anything under pick 10 will prove our club can do no wrong.

yep, we should all be deathriding Geelong as hard as possible this year. Although we'd probably do that anyway.

Geelong have 4 out of the 6 biggest flogs in the game. Miers, Selwood, Dangerfield and Scott (my other two are Cox and Mitch ‘no neck’ Robinson). So cheering this on will come very easy.

But Selwood would be the biggest shiitt head in the game.
 
I don't think we can hope for much more than pick 12 or so. It shouldn't be pick 15-18.

Ive said it from the start Geelong will cop the Grim Reaper and Brisbane will lose against ordinary opposition.
Its only round 1, but Scotty's face was redder then usual and the old codger, got bent over by the Sydney under 18's side.

Endless options, trade in quality, take a bunch of kids and sign free agents.

Unprecedented scenarios for a club going for a three peat and four in five years.

A few quotes from Scott’s press conference were Terry Wallace-like.

Defensiveness, excuses, and spin-doctoring of select stats/events.

A few early season losses should see Geelong collapse pretty quickly IMO. They’ll crack quickly once their own people start quietly questioning the coach’s spin. It’ll be a quick death by a thousand paper cuts.

They all know there’s no time for patience with their old list.

This could be a fun season.
