If we can get Pickett, Stack and MRJ in the same side,

there's gonna be some real physical carnage on the field
Dont forget Mansell. I think this kid loves the to hurt as well.

and theres Cotchy, Dylan, JG and Nank.

I honestly reckon, given that everyone is playing our brand and we are getting shafted by the umps anyway,

we should be basing the 2021 premiership on a foundation of brutality.

given selection (Martyn comes with a reputation for brutality too)

and The ensuing injury carnage amongst Port's youngsters the other night

I think this suggests this is a distinct possibility.

I forgot Kmac on the brutality list.

if im right that brutality is a selective force for us this year,

we will drop Jack Ross this week for showing contrition after fencing Dursmaa

Don't forget Shedda took out Dursma knee 12 weeks + and Butters ankle 1 month.

Port are calling for an AFL enquiry into Shedda's tackling technique;)

I think Graham got Butters?

yeah, while Dursmaas injury was just bad luck, sheds tackle was pretty brutal.

From watching MRJ in juniors, (although last year was a gap year), I thought his fitness was way below the level. The 1st practice match this year I pretty much thought the same.
Since then with each outing, being it on the training track or practice matches he is getting better and better so I give him some chance later in the year but more likely next.
It is all well and good to give some burst efforts in VFL to get people excited but will still, understandably, need the fitness to provide sustained intensity over 4 quarters.
His closing speed is also a bit quicker than I thought.

**There is a caveat, a well known Pre-ender has jumped on board as his player sponsor which could fast track his development ;)

You definitely need to get a free ticket, also need to take along your 2021 Membership Card - even though it hasn't got a barcode on it

I knew you were having a lend.
Both tackles hard but fair. Nothing untoward about them. However, Butters compounded his troubles by trying to take evasive action by moving to his right just before Sheds pounced on him. It actually meant that Sheds kind of went underneath him and dragged him down with his weight more than would otherwise have occurred.

Duursma was just unlucky that his right leg planted in the turf with a fierce but fair tackle.

What membership card? I never received one; just an emailed '21 barcode. Thought no issue due to Covid etc. Were they posted out to others?
