Ok. First round leaderboard in the inaugural PRE Double Bogey Cup. Results attached. Check your scores.

On account of Molinari (30 points) and Snedeker (22 points) not teeing up in the end, I have replaced them with the highest score player with an equivalent points value, in this case Kevin Na (Molinari) +7 and Berndt Wiesberger (Snedeker) +6.

For those with ***** Sam Burns who played, but withdrew after a few holes meaning he misses the cut, I have applied the cut rules which is field average plus 2 strokes. In this case an average 74.78 equating to a round of 77 or +5. **** Burns !!!

Nice update Red. Some good stuff from a couple. Tigerman doing pretty well to have a worst of 3 over and all 6 a good chance to make cut and TBR also smashing it.

Leish did a great job to finish 2 over, expect him to produce a sub 70 round tomorrow.

This course is a tough challenge where a double or triple isn't hard to rack up.

I reckon PK could be in a bit of trouble in the not too distant future.
Theyve spent a truckload and now have 2 courses to maintain. Where will they get the income?
Apparently the pure distinction greens require a fair bit of work

Looked a treat for the penant final, the North was in fabulous condition
As an ex member there, I agree. There’s a few current members very concerned....

Dunno what it is with these South Africans but a lot of them have aesthetically pleasing swings. Els, Oosti, Van Rooyen, Bez, Coetzee, Schwartzel to name a few.

Is Molinari playing?

Could this be Paul Casey’s time ?

Ive taken the liberty Rudeford of subbing out Sam Burns and replacing him with my emergency Oosthuizen155E93C3-0208-4DF3-B6AC-A0A867707C30.jpeg

On a side note was at my old club yesterday, they have a young bloke there who’s about 22 , would be 5/10 70 kegs , anyway he drove the first which is 390 , was down wind apparently. Talking to a guy who has been playing the Smaller tours in the states as well as the self funded ones was saying his up there with DeChambau , Rory and co with pure distance, gee its impressive to watch , great kid too, nothing like your normal gun young bloke , he’s going down the trainee path , he’ll make some very nice coin in that . Greg Allan is his name

Leish finishes double bogie, bogie, looks certain to miss the cut by one shot. The hardest holes on the course are 17 and 18.

Well we've got a tight Leaderboard in the PRE Double Bogey Cup.

Tied for 1st are The Big Mad Cow Richo and Redford P. Reds at +17. Tigerman-iac not far behind in third place with +19.

Pieters has a nightmare for Miles Davis Jazz and blows his team out of the water. And Mr Burnside ? Heh heh heh....useless. Not surprised.

Check your scores. I drank a lot of beer last night.

What sought of shambles are you running , firstly naming a player who’s not even in the country , then replacing him with a bloke who hasn’t broken par in 138 starts ... rigged I say

Phil the thrill playing beautifully , I feel an epic collapse coming .

I note the old cricket pants are still be worn, I have no doubt you’d be an old cricket pant wearer Rudeford? No doubt you’ll be rocking the “Maverick” sunnies this week on the driving range in honour of Phil
