The hard border closures of Qld & WA in particular right now would be in many player's consideration.
That will be irrelevant once we hit vaccine targets, which will be long before the season starts. They'll have some home time before then, bit next year will be much more open than the past two years.

Heh heh. I like the subtle jab that Rendell and Buckenara are the two go-to's for meaningless list analysis.
He should send a Christmas card to Richmond every year, as he’s made a career and dined out on us picking Tambling over Franklin for 15+ years.

The contracts of Coniglio & Kelly must be putting a fair bit of pressure on the Giant$ cap. Can we shake one out?
Unless they're using brown paper bags like Carltank and or appointing honorary ambassadors for their major sponsor off the books then surely something has to give...

Patrick Smith used to feed on us pretty hard.

It was even harder accepting he was right.
The majority of AFL journalists are incredibly smug and self righteous, however ol Patty takes the gold medal , that segment he use to do with KB was horrendous, was two little spoilt brats fighting over a half eaten red skin in the sand pit

Fatprick Smith - wow, that's a dirty name from the past. Shame he went underground before we came good. Would like to hear him say something positive about us after years of feasting on our mediocrity.

Depends on who's vaccine targets we supposedly hit, N.S.W. 70% or W.A. 90%

From vague old fart memory, Fatprick jumped on our bandwagon when Essendrugs got caught out for being on the gear, either then or after he fell off his roof n rattled his cranium.

Pat actually liked Richmond. He was taken through the full plan at Tigers around 2012-13 after he wrote a few critical stories. From then he was (at least privately) very complimentary of the club even after the 3 elimination finals losses. He was a massive fan of Benny and Peggy and the way the club was run. He is now retired from writing so don’t expect any more stories.

Jack Henry is a building block, good prospect.
Parfitt is a solid rotation mid, nothing more.
Bradley is Close to being a solid C grader.
Esava Ratugolea should be a player but the next time he gets more then 10 touches we can have the chat.
Jordan Clark is a week away from a video with the Geelong Addy asking for a rescue team.
Quintin Narkle has already released a video.
Mak Holmes shows plenty but is raw. Nickname must by Johnny.
Zach Guthrie is the third best footballer in the Guthrie family but there's only two brothers, thats a problem.
One bloke is names after a crim from Carlton and another lists "Basketball" as his former club.

Makes Swiss cheese look solid.

Holmes would want to show plenty for the Cat's sake after trading this years' pick # 16 to us for him.

Sam Edmund just said CJ to Norf, Chol to Bombers, Talia and Narkle to Richmond.
Then we are screwed
North get CJ for nothing and the compo for Chol we won't end up using.
If Cj chooses North and North force's him into the pre-season.
The Booing of Coleman Jones will surpass the booing of Goodes.
What an absolute *smile* stick

There old codger recruiter has survived on the back of the Bartel, Enright, ,Corey drafting.
His record over the last 10 years has surpassed Greg Beck.
