@taztiger4,

how many rookie spots do we have?

1. Is it just Biggie today?, and
2. Does Biggie nominating for the ND suggest he's not guaranteed?

I dont care if someone does take Biggie.

He's moot now we just drafted a kid that will be in the side before him anyway.

Bring on Ronnie, I know nothing about him but some of the raves here have me slightly excited and for me thats a rarity.
Maybe not as we have promised the spot to Biggie but would love to find away to get Ronnie.

EZJ won our $20 sweep on the draft.

he pulled off Clarke somehow?

EZJ; hobbs, Gibcus.JVR,johnson,Taylor,Clarke, Sonsie

He went the full Nostradamus in the 2nd round and went at about 80% in real time.

I actually confiscated his phone because I thought he had a feed a few seconds ahead of Kayo, but he just kept hitting the target.

How about the Ball Slapping media grading the teams on there draft selections.
Can someone call them and remind them 'None of them have played a single game'

Woo we got A+.
Won't sleep tonight

Looking at the players we drafted and their attributes of elite speed, kicking and competitiveness I have this sneaky feeling the Hobbs talk was a smokescreen. His kicking isn’t great and he is a little slow.

I dont think we have any unless we upgrade someone, we currently have 6 Cat A & 1 Cat B - Could grab a Cat B I guess, heres the list rules
Minimum 37 players all up on list
Maximum 44 players all up on list inc 2 Cat B
Minimum 36 & max 38 on main list
4-6 Cat A Rookies
2 Cat B Rookies

One of the best drafts in living memory, and we have done very well with the best hand.
Importantly all of our selections meet needs created by retirements and expected retirements.
They also address the changes created by the stand rule, which we failed to manage admittedly on the run, last year.
Tipping that Gibcus and Sonsie will both get their chance early.

Ned Long would be a good get for someone in the Rookie draft. Won’t be us but should get picked up somewhere.

We dont have any spots open unless we upgrade 2 to main list which we have to do to meet the Minimum 36 on main list

I will clarify my comment above, I dont have Cumberland in my numbers anywhere, I know there was talk we had put him back on main list but how did we do that ??, as a delisted free agent ?

You cant just put them off & on the list, there has to be a mechanism to do it
