Round 6 - Other games

How on earth was that considered to be a dangerous tackle against Ward? How soft is this game becoming?

They showed the replay and the gutless commentators said nothing....

Started watching it and have to turn it off. I have probably disagreed with 50% of the decisions so far.
As for the dissent. Preuss shook his head at a free against him that lead to a goal ( very restrained as it was a terrible decision) ,should have been a 50 under the Brad Scott rule. Then a st kilda player started to blow up at a free against him and stopped and put his hands up to apologise. All good from the umps, no penalty.
So you can’t gesture at the scoreboard replay, but you can complain as long as you apologise and shaking the head is ok.
What a farce this is.

Standard tackles of no harm are now “dangerous”.

What on earth has happened to Australian Rules Football. It’s dying.

Quite sure there's a big difference to what they have to say on screen and what they say behind the scenes.

Yeah that's right if Richo is anything to go by, based on Talking Tigers podcast vs his Channel 7 commentary.

Gezzus, Tom Green is getting bigger everytime I see him...

He'll be 6 foot 8 and 130kg by the time he gets home to Tigerland!

Tom Green selling candy. He’s going to go head to with Clayton Oliver for best inside mid for the next decade.

I feel gutted for Jack Hayes, 26 and finally makes it onto an AFL list this year, and it looks like he's done his ACL:cry:

Family lives in Canberra. Doubt we have any chance if he gets better for GWS.

I seriously have no idea what half these frees are for.

It’s like umpires have run out of reasons in a game of football nowadays to pay a free, so they just have to make them up in order to be seen to be relevant and needed. Justifying their existence.

NRL is a life saver right now, even though they are screwing with it too much also.

Not ruined like AFL though.

We need Tom Green in yellow and black Whether we’re able to get him is another story

Something seriously has to be done about the state of the game. Think it will have to be the public as the media are too pissweak.
