Round 3 in a major is traditionally known as moving day. And like in the real thing, there were some nervous moments for the leading trio. Whilst TBR and yours truly were hoping for some tiger magic what we got was a dose of reality - tiger is a 46 year old guy who nearly lost a leg and is trying to compete at the elite level again.
Woods has played 321 rounds in majors from 1995 to 2020 and posted just five scores of 78 or worse. He has 3 of those in 7 rounds in majors this year.

After 2 sensational sub par rounds the ankle team struggled in the conditions and a combined 22 over for the round sees the lead cut to 5. Slammin Sammy Cougar has moved up to equal secoind just 5 shots behind. The Jazz team also struggled and is equal second on 20. Red's team gained some ground and is still in tghe hunt. TBR is the only other live chance 10 shots in arrears on 25.

Tenacious is still the NAGA leader on +49.

What’s the weather forecast ? Bit of a raffle still I reckon. Not a lot of trust in those top 7 for me.
Weather probably the best forecast for the 4 days. 21C and winds up to 20 kmh.

Am hoping Fitzpatrick wins it

Any non-American will do.

Fitzpatrick apparently doesn’t think much of the course, as do a few others. (Pretty crappy having tee shots being fired over greens. )

PGA Championship always does average things.

I can't recall a major with as little atmosphere on the coverage.

Love IBF, however you can see why he lost his game , has such an ultra conservative mindset , sounds like he plays in fear of failure.

This is the PGA Blahhh

Geeez watching Zalatoris putt could destroy your own putting.

A mate of mine was telling me he had a lesson of Rick Smith in the US , $500us FFS

Nice Championship for Herbie.

Cameron Young is the grittiest of the contenders left on the last few holes. Whether he’s the most talented and can get it done is another question.

Wow. A complete and total meltdown by Pereira and Fitzpatrick.

Zalatoris was standing on the 18th tee shaking his head at his fade out over the last few holes, and now he's in a playoff !!!

Pereira final hole brings back memories of Van De Velde

Maybe not as bad, but pretty close.

Give that Zalatoris credit for something: all the horrendous short putts he makes week to week, he always keeps a smile on his face and doesn’t let it get him down.

Note: how the hell is Justin Thomas’ old man allowed to follow him around everywhere inside the ropes ? Wtf ???

Yeah odd regarding Thomas' old man.

Don't think I've ever seen it before.

Gonna stop watching now as they walk to the 18th green in playoff
Don‘t really know why but Thomas is a bloke I can’t like - and he’s in the bunch with Bryson and Reed for me

JT too solid in playoff.

Zalatoris' time will come, he's an impressive young golfer.
