Round 14 - the rice cake games.

Did Stengle have his smile muscles removed at birth..... or is he just crook on having to play next to Hawkins and Cameron?
Seriously. ... don't reckon the bloke has ever broken into a grin!

Had forgotten what it felt like, but f*** I hate it when it gets to hoping teams around you on the ladder lose. That's when you know things are looking shaky.

For someone who caused a fuss on here, Bailey Williams is a stinker.

Imagine playing with a spare in defence against the eagles and moving Jeremy cameron to the backline in the last quarter.

Disgraceful free to Cameron. He's a staging, sniping dog. Gaff kept his feet and attacked the ball and won the contest. Cameron ducked low and staged for a free. Pathetic umpiring rewarding that. Cameron is nothing but a *smile*.
Cannot stand this clown.

Went down like he'd been shot, then bounced up when the free kick was paid. Staging cheat.

I hope GWS have more success without him

GWS? What a joke. Is there 2000 there tonight? AFL will say 10-12,000. Just admit it hasn’t worked and let’s go Tasmanian team.
And looks like vast majority of crowd are Bulldogs supporters......

The GWS members sit on the same side as the cameras. You are right to see more Bulldogs supporters as that is the stand/ side of the ground that the opposition supporters are placed.

Suns and Adelaide. Only game today. Sheesh ... blockbuster. Can't wait.
They already spread the byes over three weekends. I can't for the life of me understand why they don't spread them over nine. Basically play seven 9-match rounds, then nine 8-match rounds, followed by another seven 9-match rounds.
It would be the same for the clubs but the fans would barely know there were any byes at all.

Ok, take your point there. I can’t find the crowd figures?

I notice that Tim Taranto is playing reserves for GWS today? Is there a reason for that, coming back from injury?
Would love to see him in yellow and black.

The Afl never publish the crowd numbers for the small attended games like GWS in the match report on the AFL website. However the crowd on Thursday night of 50k went straight up after the game.
