Beautiful evening now in St Andrews . Absolutely phenomenal this event , not sure if it’s just because it’s the 150 , so bloody good is the atmosphere around the whole town . Pubs are great . Not going tomorrow but will be there on the weekend and again on Monday for the ballot

Good first round, course was gettable for those playing well.

Enjoyed the commentary too, good banter and quite humorous at times.

Some of the camera work left a bit to be desired though.

Appreciate this picture Mr B not just because its a great scene - also because I was able to see it without twisting my neck at right angles to the left or right or even standing on my head.

But the Fox coverage made sure we saw every shot of it. I reckon they showed a couple of Adam Scott putts and that's it.

Commentators are grating, especially Luke Elvy's twin sister, Alli Whatshername. Shut up.

Still dirty on getting dudded in the US Open. How do you get beaten by a team that doesn't get players to even make the cut ....and instead relies upon "phantom" scores v players that you've selected that were good enough to make it ? Outrageous AFL-like under handedness. I'm definitely the Richmond of these competitions, and just like them, I will have my way eventually.

NFL playoff comp still fresh in my mind, where Red changed his name to Bradburyford and nailed me at the winning post :ROFLMAO:
