Exactly right.

I know I should expect it by now but reading some of the posts on the last couple of pages makes me sick.

Not trying, just taking the money, using the club. Fair dinkum, some people need to *smile* right off.

Agree on all counts but ‘lacking motivation’ is one I wouldn’t be shocked by.

That would be no surprise given all that has happened in his life in the past year or so. Will be interesting to see what the future holds for the great man.

I had a gutfull when he was yet to sign in 2017 and the comments and vitriol was just petulant. I'm with you and it's hard to hold my my colorful words back.

They make this *smile* up. Hardwick said as much last night.

Jon Ralph reporting Dusty, Riewoldt and Cotch all keen to play on with Tige's next year, with the later two incurring significant salary haircuts to do so.

Great to hear but why not Duz too considering what he's on?

Dusty not out of contract, Cotch and Jack are so will have to take what they can get if they want to continue.. It would be a nice gesture for Dusty to volunteer a cut to his already agreed to contract but cannot see it happening.

Over the past few years the Richmond Man philosophy (of embracing peoples imperfections and being more human-centred) has been much celebrated by us Tiger supporters for bringing success to the club and turning Punt Road into a pretty fab place to be.

There are quite a few posts in this thread that spits in the face of that philosophy and after the joy that the Tigers have bought us over the past five years, I think it's a bit gross tbh.

It's not just this forum and Dusty's not the only one to cop it - Shedda and Nakas have been copping it all year and so has Jack to less extent.

To suggest that Dusty has been rubbish for two seasons is laughable, if it was anyone else it would be said that he was putting in a decent performance - and that's without the injuries and personal issues going on.

Money on his contract for the next few seasons is just paying off the three Norms.
