Retire / Trade / Delist

How does 5 on the bench even remotely fit with the leagues mantra of equalisation?

All I can see is the rich getting richer and the poor getting smashed.

Compare the quality of the 5th bench player on say our list or Geelong with who North or West Coast could go with.

Massive advantage to stronger teams I’d have thought.

It would be choice afl to introduce this rule then media lightweights Carp the whole time about the top clubs being at a marked advantage over the rest

Wow
Good one Ben
He’s probably on more coin than Dusty too
How about Ben Griffiths?
Don't think he’d be getting much actual bankable income while playing the College game.
But as a scholarship athlete he’d be well looked after in terms of coming out with a qualification and prospects including punting but other careers too.

Yeh, he'd be on next to nothing. And his prospects of an NFL career are just about zero with his stats. Good luck to him though having the college experience and education. Not many get the opportunity.
