Lumps in the mashed avocado games R4

Cameron kept them in the game when they were playing like crap, he is damned difficult to match up. The perfect recruit for what they needed. Unfortunately now played into form.

That incident with the umpire, hmm, clearly not intentional but also clearly careless. Much as I am not really of the view that this should be penalised, under the rules this would have to be careless contact with an umpire. Should be fined under the rules . . . but we'll see.

Yep, I hope the umpire has $1500 at hand.

Just read the racist comment on Izak's instagram. Can't believe how these lunatics still exist.

The Cameron decision is an absolute disgrace. Dustin Martin was fined $20,000 for this, which was much less avoidable.

I like to give the AFL the benefit of the doubt but this is just outright bias.

Are you sure Dusty was fined $20k for that?

Outright bias? You’re bloody slow on that score. We’ve been trying to convince you for years. Finally!

The goal umpire would've seen Dusty arriving in the path of kicking a goal, whereas Superman Cameron had blinkers on and used no awareness while unnecessarily over-celebrating AFTER kicking a goal.

So many precedents have been set that ANY contact with an umpire is fineable. We've seen some ridiculously insignificant contact fined in the past.

If Cameron wasn't masterbating to the crowd like a massive figjam flog, he might have seen that there was an umpire right there in his path.

It HAS to be a fine for the AFL to have any kind of consistency at all. Or the next time someone is being a total Wayne Kerr and runs into an umpire, they can simply point to Cameron and say, well he flattened an umpire and got off !

Exactly right. Soligo was fined in the same round so Cameron deserves it too. How's that for some 'balance'?

How bout you come into the tent and pi$$ out, rather than being outside the tent pi$$ing in ? Lol

Believe it or not I get regular messages from lots of people on the forum who are glad I keep some balance and call out the over the top one-eyed nonsense.

Like comparing an Adelaide player reaching out and deliberately clipping a goal umpire vs a Geelong player colliding with one by complete accident for example.

Clipping? Soligo just poked his arm while Superman nearly concussed the ump. Where's the 'balance' there??

I'd agree with you IF so many previously innocuous and clearly accidental bumps into an umpire hadn't been heavily fined as a strong deterrent. The AFL are guilty of not even following their own precedents in this case. It's pathetic and I'm a little surprised you can't see it dude.

The over the top one eyed nonsense is purely passion for the club we support, believe me that's the same for any AFL club, or for that matter just about any supporters of any sporting club in the world.

Coz there's already about a thousand of us in the tent pissing out. He did say he was trying to provide some balance. Needs some massive flow does TBR just to keep from getting washed away.

One was accidental stupidity, the other was deliberate stupidity. Would be more than happy for pretend Jezza to get a fortnight for almost assassinating the umpy but it aint gunna happen.
