Well, well, well ... the cards are now all up in the air.

I don’t think the assistants will get the head gig.
they might apply as they should but if they fail they might move on.
I sense a big clean out coming.
Going forward it will be interesting to see how AI processing tools could potentially assist in game plan development.
Currently ChatGPT uses a language model to process requests.
However in the future if AI intelligence could be used to review thousands of hours of actual video footage (and actually understand what it is looking at), it could then be tasked to break down everything it sees into predetermined information packets and asked to devise various creative ways to beat the game plans being reviewed.
Currently we rely on the experience, expertise and creativity of coaches to understand what they are seeing and to react accordingly (the art of coaching).
Where as in the future, (a somewhat distant one) this art may be replaced with an algorithm.
I guess no more “credit where credits due” and “at various stages”. Bugger.
