He was blessed to have Leppa and Fly support him
And blessed he had some super duper stars playing for us
Bunch of guys used to winning, not got enough motivation to make the effort cause they can see the seasons gone. New* guys working their way in.

I think everyone under-estimates the leadership work that Cotchin and Jack did early on.
We had a dominant Dusty and Rance to build a team around. Excellent leadership and I believe Dimmas just rode that gravy train with some very good assistants.

Agree. We did look pretty good before the injuries hit. We weren't going to make finals, but we were competitive.

Yep and in the long term it's better we do it instead of patching up and finishing mid-table or 9th as we did 20 years ago.
