Richmond's brand of football ruined the spectacle and was/is low scoring

This one isn’t true. I’ve found the general media consensus to be that we defend extremely well but are entertaining with ball in hand.

To name a few examples: Watson, King, Blobbo. Whatever your opinion of them, they respect our ball movement.

Kingy even delivered a ‘thank you’ soliloquy on the Monday Means Test last week, saying we stood out like a beacon of exciting footy in an otherwise dour four year period.

Does anyone know what our average score has been over our dominant period and how that stacks up? Media have sold that we’re a low scoring team and public have bought it, but as we all know the media never let the facts get in the way of spinning a good story.

Tigers have been blessed injury wise throughout their dominant period, with the exception of this year.

EDIT: Missed Zgod’s earlier post…
