AFL Traineeships

Does anyone know anything about AFL Traineeships?

I'm looking for a new job and have heard about these and was just wondering what they involve and if anyone knows anything.

..hmmm actually i knew a chick who did one at collingwood in the membership department...

she spent soooooooo much time on the phone making personal calls it wasn’t funny, including long phone calls to mobiles at peak times.

I'm sure the collingwood members would be delighted to know that.

from memory it was a good cheap way for the club to have full time people in the membership department. not sure if it really got her anywhere but thats probably more to do with her own attitude rather than the system.

it was also a great source for inside rumours! it was around the time of the whole carey thing too, so I got some juicy info. not going to repeat it as it was all unsubstantiated
