Massive loss. Some serious coaching experience out the door.
Problem is we will leave it very late to find replacements.
With Leppa and Fly going, we need to keep Kingsley as a senior assistant. He’ll be the de facto head coach during Dimma’s extended break.
So Fly and Leppa gone.

Highly rated as hawks assitant has worked with dimma at hawks i think
Couldn’t be that bad?
Don’t think we can prise him out of Hawthorn. He’s one of those guys who is a really good assistant, but didn’t work as a senior coach.
