Cricket

I just realised the T20 final was played 3 days ago and I had no idea who won it. India btw. My care factor went from 10 to zero. I was watching all the games when it started but got fatigue then Australia got bundled out.

The NSW V TAS one day final has been rain delayed and will now be a 20 over game, a T20 I guess.
With all the World Cup tournaments that seem to swamp us, we must only be a couple of months away until the next one starts

NSW beat Tassie, 6/119 to 118 to be One Day Cup winners.

Oddly enough the NSW coach Greg Shipperd has been sacked.

Don't mind Green. Have more time for him than most on here.

But poor from him here. Tom is a decent reporter, and from what know, not a bottom feed click journo like many.

Not how you improve your image - especially when it is on the nose with the Aus public.

With big dollars come big expectations & with that sometimes some mental health issues as we have seen in other cases.
Appreciate you posting it here but that doesn't make for great reading. Hope he is getting the support he needs.

No Test at the Gabba next summer.

Two top-end Tests v Bangladesh in August
Three Test tour of South Africa
Pointless, meaningless white ball series v England
Four Tests v New Zealand
Five Tests tour of India in Jan-Feb
150th anniversary Test v England in March
Five Test Ashes tour

So 20 Tests in a year from August.

No play after lunch on day 1, day 2 looks like being the same. Shame.

Liam Scott still in. He has pushed himself into the national conversation this season. Shield player of the year, one day player of the year and 2nd to Sam Harper as BBL player of the year.

We have some decent all rounders atm
