True, it's a different system (I think they raffle the first 15 picks or something). Top 10 would be a bit rich but I don't think it's unreasonable for a club to put a top 5 protection on, just as insurance against mass injuries and other unforeseen events. It'd have to be agreed upon by both parties of course so I don't see a problem with it.
