Worst was that poo hole Subi.

Of the old grounds Glenferrie Park & Western Oval were a good watch but that swamp at Moorabin was always a Heavy 10.

MCG is the winner by a mile, the home of football for very good reason.

Would have loved to go to Moorabbin this year though, it has been decades since I went there. Wonder if the centre square has dried out yet . . doubt it.

My memory of Subiaco was of the enormous 3 storey grandstand at the Subiaco end, old stands along the Northern side and outer on the Southern side. I was pretty young so these are quite vague memories. Watching the 1984 State of Origin recently brought back some memories as it would have been similar 10 years earlier when I last went there.

North Hobart Oval is one of my personal favs, beautiful deck to play on, literally in the middle of the suburbs, has a real nice terrace area for the locals to shout abuse haha
