James Trezise

I know some rate him. Think he's a good ordinary footballer personally, and would have him down back longer term (Broad's role maybe).
Hope he kills it on a wing though. Heaps of opportunity for a guy to take and carve out a position. Can basically glue his magnet to the board if he does well.
We need lots of "unfashionable" picks to become players if we're going to bounce back quickly.

Same.

Got his chance, let’s see him take it.

Give us effort.

I know it's a cliche, but you can't take an old head and put it on young shoulders. Equally in AFL, you can't often take the heart of someone with intent and put it in an ultra classy "coasters" chest. If you could, we'd turn players like Sonsie and Brown into All Australian's.

Burst out of the gates. Tough. Seemed to be at the bottom of a lot of packs. Keep it up.

Has genuine ball-winning ability, and looks like he believes that he belongs at the level.

Thought he was great tonight.

Really like this kid , footballer with athletic traits , may well become a ripper left foot wingman , however think he can play just about anywhere . Probably half back is his best , but who’s not at there best there 😁

The best thing about Tresize is he makes good decisions and has smarts with the ball. Execution can still be a bit rough but I would MUCH rather this in a player than the try hard types with poor decision making.

We still have plenty of poor decision makers so keep the good decision makers like this guy in the team. Potentially for the long term.
