I'm getting the feeling you don't appreciate the lad spook
He's another Flemming, Sziller, hard-bodied, mature-aged battler we keep recruiting and get exactly nowhere with. You clean these blokes out if you want to win flags. You bring them in if you just want to make the 8.

Yep. If Graham or Drummond was fit we wouldn't be playing this bloke.

meh. Lambert was one of our best today. Prestia should give Lambert half his pay.

nah, flawed comparison. That was back in the days when he overrated players, overpaid them and kept them too long. We don't do that anymore. Everyone has battlers, its about how many you have and how hard they go.

His strength over the ball (don't underestimate this), hands, tackling, will to win a contest an be involved are all above those guys.

He wouldn't win as much ball as he does if he didn't.

Need to remember Kane Lablett is only 25 and in the midst of his first real uninterrupted season. Graph still going up.

Just ran the footywire comparison, he's way ahead of both of those particular gentlemen spook.

I'm not saying he's not a smart, hard-working footballer who knows how to get a kick. (He just doesn't know how to kick.)

As I said, let's see him play well against a good team.

I am going to back Spook here.

No doubt he has been playing some good footy.

But he has no runs on the board against a top class midfield.

Let's see how he goes next week.

Arguably his best game for the club was when he shut down Mitchell in the game against WCE.
