Training For 2023

Thanks caesar...good to see Miller training back. Would be good to know who you think looked better between Young and Miller as I expect we would only select one of the two

As i mentioned in a post the other day I reckon they will go in with both Miller and Young, with Miller the Swingman, he will serve as the relief ruckman? as he has been training all season forward/ruck but the Tarrant out now has him training back, whether that is to take a main role down there or to be a back up if Tylar finds himself out of his depth with such an early debut.

Training today Thursday:

Young has been on Lynch for most drills.
Miller on Riewoldt .
Sonz trained fully although right knee strapped.
Jack Graham is looking quite good.
No Cumberland.
Marlion not yet with main group.
As always, thanks caesar. Is Mansell still training forward, reckon he'll be a good replacement for George.

Was Prestia out there?

What about Ross?

Confidence conditioning?

Re confidence, Young looks like Grimes in his early years where he was either instructed to or is so intent on spoiling that he will choose to punch rather than mark, Tylar is a very good mark but we aren't going to see that for awhile I reckon until his confidence grows. Today he clearly got in front of Lynch in one contest and could have marked it but double fisted over boundary instead.

If Marlion doesn't complete training on Tuesday with the main group then he's out.

Tigers have a number of senior runners underdone reminiscent of last year.

I'll throw up Terry Wallace-style if that happens. Departure lounge 1A.

Samson and Soldo were dueling in the ruck as Nank was absent because of Captains Day at Marvel Stadium.

Each had their moments but was not the focus of my attention.

Wow!!
11 injuries, some not that bad, but some quite serious.
Are other clubs suffering like us?
