Hopefully they’ll take into account that Graham got the htb free over the incident. He did nothing illegal or dangerous. It’s a contact sport, people will unfortunately get knocks that really aren’t anyone’s fault.

Agreed, if Graham isn’t a winger then I suspect given Caddy is even slower he is even less of a winger. Outlines the club’s need for a seasoned genuine winger
Doubt he’d be any worse than Graham on a wing, but his edge is the ability to go forward.
They're trying to squeeze in guys with proven talent, who can each play 2-3 roles. Kmac plays one role only. We may still end up going with him, but they are tinkering with versatility at present. In a year's time, it will be Balta on a wing, because of his incredible talent and versatility.
Obviously JG is not a winger in the classical sense - but I sometimes wonder these days if it matters.
A winger is basically just another midfielder who now lines up there for a centre bounce.
Exactly, and if our aim was to force a secondary stoppage, he could then move in and fully participate as a big bodied mid (if it was Graham or Caddy).
Thought the conditions suited him and he made the most of it. Great game at the right time of year.
