Bachar now has his own wall mural in Richmond.
On my way home today I came across it and it’s a beauty.
For anyone interested in seeing it, the mural is located in Shelley Street, just off Victoria Street.
I was going to upload the photo but the file size is too large.

Amazing finals player. One of my favourite plays was when Houli spoiled an attempted mark by a taller player, got up off the ground a ripped a beautiful tackle which caused the ball to drop free to us and we scored a goal. That was Houli'a goal right there.

Got off my chair and fist pumped from pure joy.

Article in today's The Age describes Bachar returning to the MCG at 7.30am on Sunday to coach his Academy players in their match against AJAX.
He left the celebrations early on Satutrday night to spend time with his wife and was tucked into bed by 11pm.
Then he fronts up to the Academy game before presenting brilliantly in all the media interviews.
The Yellow and Black Army salute you Bachar, you beautiful human being.

They are still trying. Got to admire their determination to denigrate one of our best players. It's personal for them.

Bachar's critics need to get down on their knees, apologise and bow in homage. He is a living Tiger legend, a fantastic person, two-time flag winning RFC hero and twice near Norm Smith medal-winner, from the backline ... but for another incredible legendary RFC player.

1. He stood up and played 2 ripper grand final games to ensure we win
2. Is the nicest most genuine person you will ever meet
3. He accidently smacked a Carlscum player.
