Trade Thread

You forgot these two....

There was also a German soccer player called Stefan Kuntz. I remember him scoring the equaliser in the Euro 1996 semi final, we went on to draw and then lose on penalties. He sure was his name that day.

For those who doubted him i keep thinking they never saw him play. As a young man in a crap team against grown men in good teams Dion was a class above, yes injuries took some shine off him but his ability should never have been doudted.
Often maligned for disposal too, some opinions make me laugh.

As was ours until we got our **** together.

Bombers wont go anywhere with Dudoro in charge, clubs are awake to him and SOS they just walk away from trades with them now.

Sydney will just wait and get Joe next year.

His dad did play for the Swans before Sheedy lured him to Essendon, maybe Joe has an affection for the Swans who knows, but he wasn't keen to remain at Essendumb this year for whatever reason, maybe hes copped too much abuse from Dons fans after not playing for 2 years and just wants away from it.

I figured Daniher wanted to go elsewhere so he could get some decent medical staff who can get him on the ground more than twice a year.

The Australian soccer team was a ripper as well.
Gotanitch. Wotabitch. Yacantski, Hecanski, Wecanawlski!
The Australian striker Bruce Fukovubitch.

The Australian substitute Smith. I hope I pronounced that correctly :mhihi :mhihi

Hadn't heard this one - absolute gem.

So Mr P, I take it from this that you’re English so I have to ask - does your name refer to Peterborough Utd? Your love of wheeling and dealing on the trade/draft threads does remind me of a certain Barry Fry.

You are spot on, its a username I had back in the UK before I moved out here.

Yes, always thought Hafeez Hanmissun was the best of the lot.

And what about Ahbroke Miandad, Sekanan Karjaaz, and Dubbeldek Abbas ?

But the funniest thing he ever did was Richie Benaud's phone call to the curator of his vineyard in France ...
"It's votre derriere if les grapes mort!".

And the name of the said winery: Chateau ver der Fleur :rotfl2

Rumors of some in fighting at the Blooos after their trade week failure.

Apparantly Ellis was wanted by some at Princess Park but SOS said "NEIN" and Betts wasn't wanted by SOS either but Teague pushed for it.

Not sure if they got it wrong and meant Butler but there was also a strong disagreement between SOS and another over Butlerr, SOS didnt want him either.

Silvagni long may he stay and hocus the Carlton Footy Club.

Just read that Dodoro and Essendon tried to lure Aaron Sandilands out of retirement. Apparently Sandilands wanted a 2 year deal but Essendon only wanted to offer 1.

oh Essendon.... :rotfl2
