Changes against the Swannies.

Callum Moore named on the extended bench for Carlton.

Always liked Cal, I hope he gets a chance at the Blues. I remember watching his video on the RFC site when we drafted him and thinking, gee how did we get this guy for a rookie pick. He was athletic, a great mark etc, then they showed him kick..................................he's worked on that and hope to see him play some AFL.

Alway thought he would be a good defender.

Lots of possibilities.
Am very much looking forward to seeing how some go with added responsibilities with some experienced players missing.
Going to be a big test.

Might make him. might break him the Hub . Crossroads I am tipping

Hopefully Stackie has been roomed with someone to get him on target and focussed.

Dusty, Caddy, or Lambo, Tigga Jack or Grimes would be good options, maybe even the coach lol

Qld / NSW border now open so conceivably supporters from NSW can go if they get a ticket
Thanks Bris Tiger 24. Unfortunately could not get on the Ticketek site. I think my nephew is still trying!
sounds like there might be a decent crowd.

So Soldo, Graham, and Pickett are in

From the extended bench, I reckon the 3 (highlighted) below will play, plus the 4th to be out of Ross or Collier-Dawkins
With expected heavy rain even if Lynch doesn't play cant see them bringing in CCJ, Soldo rucks with Jack and Chol playing FWD, Chol rotating with Soldo.
So, If Lynch doesn't play I think the 2 to make the final cut will be Ross and Collier-Dawkins.

[13] Jack Higgins,
[42] Ryan Garthwaite,
[43] Derek Eggmolesse-Smith,
[41] Mabior Chol,
[26] Riley Collier-Dawkins,
[40] Callum Coleman-Jones,
[5] Jack Ross,
[29] Shai Bolton

If Ross and Graham are going to come in side they need to play in there right position or else there wasted simple as that.Few of these guys back to quick for my liking even considering injuries.

I think Short has his spot, which spells conflict for @Scoop
Is it that Naish is behind both Short and Baker?

It might indicate a minor rejig of the defense along the 2017 model.
We know last year we had Bakes Short and Houli which is more smalls, and only 1 tall.
If we get Dave back and keep Balta we can play 2 tall, Grimesy and Flossy intercept, Broady floating and Bakes n Short as outside smalls.
I like this setup better

Is Dow up there? They left some players in Melbourne, surely they took him up there.

Dow is up here. After reading X's scratch match report I was less confident of seeing Dow this week.

I have a bad feeling Ross is going to step into Houli's role. But I hope its Egg that's given a chance

Lynch looks set to run out there for the Tigers after training on Friday, just four days after having hand surgery following Sunday's win over Melbourne.

"He did the vast majority [of the session] actually which surprised and he's exceeded expectations. He's gone from a doubtful to a probable which is a great result for us," Hardwick said.

"He's an incredibly brave and tough character."

LeeToRainesToRoach do you have the age, games played, height, weight etc of the 2 teams.
Even though we have many outs the team still looks strong and experienced compared to the swans who look inexperienced.
