Training for DRAFT PICKS!!!!

I believe his availability was cut short.

He had to shave some things from his busy diary.

Had to arrange for the delivery of a new barber que.

I'll see myself out... :ban
I thought he was back in the States.................Trump's media advisor :)

At 10.01am this morning I sent a text to my inner circle saying:

"#%@k me best 4 lap running performance I have ever seen by Dusty. Expect the media who now been kicked out to say he is FLYING;):D"

Shortly after Cal Twomey posts:):
To put Dusty's impressive performance in context, only about a 3rd of the squad participated in that particular run and it was a staggered start, but his last 200 metres was eye catching.

Marlion looked very sharp, having a decent contract in place is surely a weight off his shoulders.

I'll agree with Cal Twomey that Hugo and Dow have bulked up slightly to me Dow looks the more ripped? Ross and RCD looking good also.

There was one bit of play from Miller starting from defence then overlapping in the middle receiving and then making good delivery to forward that woke me from my slumber, (at least it had me interested after a year of not seeing him).

Being the 1st session back no game sim, some circle work and some in tight clean hands drills not much running except for that one time trial type run i mentioned earlier.

Ok, @Dont Argue has been baiting me but the cleanest hands of all was you know who.

Players not particpating:
DTLD
Shedda
MRJ
Sampson Ryan
Cumberland
Chol

Rehab :
Bachar, (about 30 minutes of solo running drills)
Soldo, (just walking laps)

Yeah they were out there but everyone in black singlets no numbers so hard to pick everyone out let alone the trial boys. Probably won't really get much of a gauge on these boys until I see some scratch match type training.

Bachar is in the rehab group? What did he do?
It was referenced in my original report, Bachar only did about 30 min of solo running drills, I'll add that it was low intensity stuff. Nothing new for Bach always cautious early in preseason.

Houli only needs two or three sessions of pre-season. The man has elite fitness.

2nd that. I tell ya, nothing warms the heart more than seeing the best player in the AFL come out day 1 and dominate. He more than anyone has earned the right to build slowly and go half rat pace in these first few weeks.
but clearly despite his appearance on Instagram at party after party he trains hard and prepares himself as good as anyone. That’s a leader

It seems he's worked out when he can party hard but also knuckle down & get serious. I wouldn't know but he probably has a "no partying" time put into his routine heading towards the business end of the yr then let loose when the celebrations begin.
