Port copped a slapping last night.
Beating North and Essendon isnt good form.
Pity last night the duds were highlight.
Houston, Byrne Jones and Alir Alir were no-where.
Hinkley still thinks theyre a good side. Yeah right!

Great opportunity just like it was a couple years back to send a young squad over and see what they can do, I think we may get a very good indication of our young mids futures over the next few weeks, we’re coming up against some very good midfields and it sounds like we‘ll be without 2 of our starting 3 , again bloody great opportunity, I’m still yet to be convinced there’s genuine A Grade mids coming through

After a little kip on the couch I think this is the way I’d go ( all been available) firstly I’d give Houli another run in the 2s purely because it was bloody hot yesterday morning and we don’t need to ad another champ to the out for sometime list.

Im going to bring in Ross for obvious reasons , it also appears he’s been the best of the kids over the summer, I’m also going to debut RCD im going to send him to Dursma and let him go head to head . Naish is coming in , I’m letting him have a wing , let him play to his strengths , show us what you can do kid, it’s now or never, personally haven’t seen enough of Ralphsmith, however he’s been in the emergencies so have to be strongly considered . Other then the injured there’s obviously a few in the gun , however I’ll give the chance to redeeem

I reckon with no Floss we need to leave Balta in defense for the whole game, so Chol may come in as a back up ruck replacing the injured K-mac. He also gives us another option up forward. Ross has to come in for the injured Prestia, and if Houli doesn't play maybe Ralphsmith will for the Egg. If Cotch doesn't play then Will Martyn or RCD will debut.
Could be a couple of debuts this week.

Agree with this. Port do like to play their talls. Accordingly, Chol should come in.

Gee wish we were playing North at the G this Friday rather than Port in Adelaide.. However think will will be fine esp vs the saints going forward and think they will rush CCJ as the second ruck for that game .. for the port game ..
In : Ross , Rioli , Chol , Martyn or RCD as mentioned

Chol could prove to be an inspired selection this week if we’re tweaking the game plan.

He’s the closest thing we have to a Todd Elton.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen Chol do something inspiring

I wouldn't think Chol could replace KMac in the side as he is too lazy and goes missing too often in a game for me and reckon he is only in the emergencies should the unthinkable happen to Nanks. A couple of weeks and CCJ will be eligible to play in the firsts but I think I would prefer to play a young learner like Samson than Chol as you know he will give his all

It is. And with the quality of his kicking, he has staked a claim.
You could argue a case that all of Ross, Naish, Houli, Martyn and Ralphsmith come in this week.

Replacing Prestia, Macintosh, Egg, Cotchin & Caddy.
