What an absolute fu##wit this guy is.
Im just listening to him whine about how the AFL gift us a dream fixture and when challenged on this he keeps drivelling on about how we get 13 MCG games each year.
The *smile* says this on the back of 3 x 6 day breaks and the worst free kick differential in the competition.
Also his pathetic Port play 13 guaranteed games at AO. Funny he cuts off listeners who bring up this point.

Did anyone remind him that last night's game was at Chernobyl and not the MCG?

Where does he want us to play our home games? Adelaide Oval??

We keep his pissant club afloat every year by playing them at home. He should be more grateful.

Turned it off after that stupid melbourne supporter called to say we have a 10day break as opposed to them with a 5 day break .... and of course the *smile* wit agreed without bothering to check. ... then said we're the most looked after club in the comp. .....
He's an embarrassment to those in the football industry who at least attempt to get the facts right!

At least half of our games at the G would be against teams that are Melbourne based, their 13 games at home bar the Crows are just about completely 1 sided crowd support & proper home crowd advantage. Surely he can work that out.

Also MCG tenants are the only ones that are FORCED to play a home game at Marvel. We play the Giants there in Round 9 I think for our "home" game thats not at our home ground. How about we do the same with the interstate teams. Port can play a home game somewhere else in SA then thats not AO. Wait for the sooking to start then.

We also travel to 6 of the 8 interstate clubs this year. How many more do they want before the fixture becomes so balanced against us?

No, for us to get a 10 day break and the dees a 5 day break, means they must be playing on Tuesday.
Sounds legit

Edit: we play on Saturday next week, so 9 day break for us, 6 day break for them. So the idiot on the wireless was wrong on both counts

They sooked about how apparently we always seem to have a dream run with the draw.

Christ sakes we won a flag living out of a motel for 85% of last season whilst other certain contenders (Lions, Power ,Eagles) all chocked living in their homes for the majority of the season.

Argument over.

He's the Andrew Bolt of the AFL punditry. Just says *smile* to generate controversy regardless of its merit. Then ignores or dismisses all legit criticism of dodgy analysis or wrong facts. Its not easy, but only way to handle this type is to deny oxygen.
