The Geelong Cants

It's an absolute disgrace! Dimma is said to be arrogant, yet this *smile* gets away with not answering things by being rude and aggressive, and no one says boo! I can't think of a coach.....bar Malthouse, that can do the same thing! And why didn't one of them say, sorry Chris, you said all the same things last year after the Tigers put you back in your box, can you tell us something new!
At last give your own Members something. Dimma at least gave us a hint of our options/direction they'll discuss taking over the off season, Scott gave Cats fans nothing at all

Geelong Advertiser did not get published today as no one wants to buy it.

A number of us picked this early on. The Cats went all chips in and if it didn’t work then they were going to fall off a cliff.
The cliff was always coming, it was whether they could win a flag before it happened. It took St Kilda 10 yrs to get back to Finals post Lyon & this list is older....

That just doesn't stack up logically though Ian. Lots of sides have home ground advantages and don't have that sort of success and Geelong have gone through many periods of not having that success with the same home ground advantage.
Only 2 Marvel sides in history have won the flag in over 2 decades....
For mine they have a game plan which works well on their smaller ground, then when finals hit they play on the bigger grounds & they just can't handle it. it's also their mindset, always complaining about not getting to host Finals instead of focusing on the job at hand. It's been a trend now for many yrs & their results are the same yr in yr out.

First of all the coach wouldve been gone.
One more failure by Hardwick after 2016 wouldve had him gone.
For some reason the media tip toe around Scott.
They have every reason now to unleash.
Highlight his finals record
Highlight the player's he has brought in.
Highlight the fact they play on a heavy bias ground
Highlight his shitass game plan.
The board at Geelong are all sheep.
Clueless and gutless
Highlight the players who go MIA in finals every yr....

I think it's just because so many of their players (and coach) come across, rightly or wrongly, as so unlikeable in the media. I liked Geelong back in the 2007-2011 period and never begrudged them their success (and I knew a very high profile player of theirs from that era). Geelong have become what Collingwood were in the 1970s - always competitive, relatively successful, but choking in finals, and everybody hates them.
They are back to what they were in the 90's.

They're are finished
Game style from 2008.
Coach dumbshitt
Ordinary list
No kids
Cats may not believe they are finished.
They only missed finishing top by 1 game plus percentage.
They may think they only need to top up again.

Then he would be there for a week.
Rohan, can't keep him uncontracted.
Duncan Mr invisible
Menogla and Guthrie not fast enough. Not sure who signed off on the 4 years for Guthrie.
Hawkins record is average.
Cameron dosent give a toss.
Dangerfield should just retire. No chance of winning the flag.
Stanley hopless.
The list goes on..
Blivass he has become the biggest panic merchant.
