Training For Redemption in 2022

Training Today Saturday :

Short session mainly circle work so nothing much to report.

A few missing altogether today which includes Grimes who was injured in Thursday's session. Others not there Dusty, (probably recovering from Samson Ryans tackle ;)), Shai, Drioli.

Graham & Lambo look no closer to joining main group.

Lynch is very close.

Dion was with the main group :clap2 but seemed a gently gently approach being a light session.

Judson Clarke looked good again his speed lateral movement and kicking on both sides of his body.

Noah Cumberland the opposite missing a lot of targets in general play, (becoming a bit of a theme which worries me a bit). If he is being set as a hard hitting, marking, pressure medium forward? would be less of an issue.

That is it.

***PS. I fear what this thread will turn into in the 2 weeks that I am gone.

The hype-to-output ratio for Cumberland is pretty high, based mainly off a 5-goal (8 touch) VFL game. I think he's up against it to make it.

I'll take a solemn vow to protect until you return to Rome.

Could you perhaps post what the training schedule might be over the next couple of weeks in case any PREnders want to fill in?

This is pretty much the Richmond Training schedule:

Monday 10am till about 12pm, (solid session not main).
Thursday 10am till about 12pm, (main session)
Saturday is less certain but currently about 8:30am till 10am. (lighter session usually).

I expect an intra-club will be on the cards soon.

Maybe just projecting my hopes for this season but Cotchin looks as fit as I have seen him in recent years. Not skinny or massive, just healthy and fit.
Yes. Here is hoping that he has a Matthew Boyd type season from 2016 which ends in the same way.

So, who writes the fineprint underneath these photos as 5/27 & 15/27 shows 'Samson Ryan' also. Are these photos from the club or the Hun?
Good point, so it isn’t the HUNs fault, they just used the photos and captions from “Robert Cianflone and Getty images via AFL photos”.

Gotta hand it to Ralph, he is working hard for Dusty. He is going into a partnership with this trainer on a fitness app…just what the world needs, another fitness app!!
