A key part of our 3 flags. We were such a better side when Kane was playing. Even during this injury interpreted season, when he played we played better. Thank you for everything Lambo. Forever a Richmond man.

I can completely relate to what he’s going through. Had both my hips replaced at age 36. The pain beforehand was extrutiating.
A truly special player and as Dimma said - a catalyst behind the way we turned things round on and off the field.

I'm so glad he came to us - we got so much more from him than he ever received in return. He and Maric, Cotch and Gigg were the early culture setters. We may not be here with 3 flags without any one of them. Made to be a coach - so I hope he sticks around.
Yep TF but I haven’t looked back since. Was hip resurfacing surgery. Been 13 years and I just had my review and no need to have the next stage done yet which is full hip replacements, so all good.
Lambert the only one due to injury? Or was Griiga too? Caddy might have been early but had lost his spot.

Just watched the video. What an absurdly impressive bloke Kane is. Speaks so eloquently yet commands full attention. Such a decent bloke too.
I'd be happy if the club announced him as an assistant from next year. Would be an amazing senior coach.

Kane's first couple of seasons had me thinking, if he's going to make it, it will be as a small forward.
He proved me wrong, his improvement/emergence in 2017 was incredible, he went from struggling for a game, to being one of the first picked each week.
