Round 22 - the dead goldfish games.

What’s wrong with king he just falls over all the time. He can’t kick for goal

Some people on here whinging about missing out on the young Geelong winger Max Holmes might need to add Windbager to their grievance list. Picked by St Kilda with pick 47 in 2021.
Going to be a STAR
Was a Saint academy wasn't he? so didn't really have the access.

Max King had the yips but has a better conversion % than Shai.

Good young player but a bit over hyped is Max.
May be tongue in cheek but poor form to pot Shai, how many score assists does King have compared to Shai, how many clearances?

I know who I prefer.

Yep may have missed one in hindsight? Draft Range for Windbager 25 -40 Tom Brown 20-40. Early doors.
It’s also the positions they play.
Windbager the big bodied midfielder we’re desperate for.
Brown the over supplied HBF

Windbager was injured throughout last year, didn't have much exposed form. Off the top of my head don't think he played state games.
The talk at draft time was the saints may get good value, but it was a risk

On Brown I know you're sceptical.
My take is that the club have earmarked him to replace Flossy. It's the perfect time to draft his replacement

Very slight build for an interceptor. May fill out but small in stature and slight of build at this stage.
I know they rate his intercept skills but really haven’t seen too much of it to date.
Thought Gibcus would be better suited for that role.

A few on here with greater intel on juniors than I have rated Winbager and Owens very highly on the 2021 draft thread

2 m Bean Pole lacks core strength and too high center of gravity.

Will be much harder to move as he matures.

Tommy was more of a leaper and run and jump marker in his early years as well due to his frame.

Maybe he should trim the mop and ask the caterpillar on his face to find another home!
Perhaps the kid is simply channeling his childhood hero Joe Daniflop. Similar size n build, pace n mark, goal kicking n flopping skills. Got the goober mo happening n just needs to master the dopey look for the cloning to be complete.

He could also add the laugh when misses
