Essendon = Entitlement

Bringing in Hird to coach Essendon is an absurdity. But given what we know, entirely expected.
The man is a cheat. Putting him in charge again, is crazy.
Hird and Lyon as prime options? What's wrong with them? Long may it continue!

I wouldn't be surprised if their next call was to Brad Scott.
Alan Richardson and Don Pyke might be desperate enough!!

Danni Laidley ??

Cornflakes Thommo (what's he up to?)

Sheeds??
Just give it to Golden Boy...enough of this so-called "process"
All a sham anyway.

Golden Jimmy Jabby is the man, the smoke and mirrors to try and obfuscate the obvious push for Jim to be reinstated is laughable.

Bombers need to take this out of the media and run their own process. Club is a disaster.

Wossy said there was no 'vibe'. What a haunted house they are. Leon Cameron (as an experienced) might be their best chance.

Remember when Lloyd said that Zantuck had done well to leave a place like Richmond and come to a good club like Essendon? Bwahahaha! How’s that working out for you now, Count?

Similar to when they hired Knights.

He was dead in the water from day 1.

It was always going to be Jimmys job they just had to manufacture a way of getting him in there,

I have a feeling this could be similar especially dependent upon whomever gets the job.

Hard to know whether Lyon genuinely wasn’t interested, they’re a rabble etc ….or …whether his ego wouldn’t allow him to go through the process and he’ll only coach again if some club tells him that he’s their choice already a La Norf and Clarkson.

'I'm Richmond through & through' was Dimma's answer the other night when Blobbo asked him if the Bombers had asked him to coach them. I loved that.
Would have butt hurt a few hopeful Dons fans.

I'd be wary of anything Lyon says about coaching offers. It's all about him. He should just say he has the lost the passion and then shut up.

yeah, I get your point, but throwing more *smile* on Essendon is always good for laughs.

He's waiting for the right team at the right time if he still wants to coach. Brisbane or Port might be options for him come 2024 depending on how those club's fare in 2023.

He's not up for taking over a rebuild with a team of kids.

They should just bite the bullet and appoint Sheedy
What could possibly go wrong?
