"Look at all the signs" type annoying I betI was in a friend’s new Sportage a few 2weeks ago and it was utterly infuriating.
One day I lost 90 minutes on my phone with these pricks keeping me on hold and had no choice but to use the chat bot until a 'human being' answered the questions.So my NBN's been on 4G ever since the outage for some reason. So I do what Optus say and message on the app, which I get no response to, so I phone them. You know whats the most infuriating thing ever, being on hold for ages, and every couple of minutes get told "why not download the app and message an expert without the delay". Oh really? So why hasn't anyone answered me on the freaking app either.

Actually, looking at them, Optus clearly don’t have a CMP.

On a side note, I have a concern around tech in vehicles following an incident with my own 6 year old car.
Driving home a couple of weeks ago, a warning light appeared on the dash that mentioned Power Steering fault, all appeared normal so I continued on.
When I got home I turned sharp right to enter my driveway & nearly didnt make it !, I had normal 1.5 turns of steering wheel to left but only 1/2 turn to the right !
I tried this numerous times whilst car was stationary with same result .
I went inside & tried google mechanic with no joy.
Went back out , restarted car & fault cleared and steering normal !
Their shops are just for sales. Telstra are abysmal. I could tell some stories that would make your hair curl. They're all the same, great when they work, horrendous if anything goes wrong.They’re a bunch of amateurs , can’t go past Telstra just to save a lousy buck
